Mr. Alex was born in Cuneo Province of Italy he was 46 years old. He come form Italy. He is a professional chef and is for he ever work cook and now he is a teacher in Don Bosco Hotel School.
-Why you become a professional chef and cook?
-Because I want to make a lot of kind food and I want to help the people eaten the food over the world.
-When you become a professional chef it difficult or not?
-I think it difficult for me at first I study at high school when I’m graduated at high school and I don’t have university of cook and after I was 20 year olds I started work in the restaurant and the restaurant name Family and after I changed worked in restaurant and after that I has worked in grand hotel.
-Is for until now how many hotels do you worked?
-Sorry I’m forgot I think has to work in a lot of hotels and a lot of restaurant and a lot of cook that I cooked.
-When you came in Cambodia in how many hotels do you work?
-I have to work in Coffeeseg Finesin Esubolel Black Luck and all restaurants live in Phnom Penh city and I met a bout 500 peoples and I’m very happy that I can cook for them.
-And are for have you ever come in Cambodia?
-Yes! I ever came in Cambodia 3 year a go and I went to Siam Reap and I rode bicycled a round the temple.
And how a bout information of Don Bosco Technical School how did you know?
-I knew by Internet and after I came here and I came in don Bosco 3 days ago. A bout next year I will go back and I come here I am a volunteer.

-I went to Thailand Australia and United Stat.
